Internal Evolution, External Revolution Wristband
These wristbands are going towards the top surgeries of my dear friends, Tyler, Effy, and my boyfriend, Codi. They are $3 a piece and shipping is only $1. They say, “Internal Evolution” on one side and “External Revolution” on the other. Help them out, spread awareness, and show your support for the trans* community!

I just started a Tumblr called the Trans*ition Fund Collective. It’s made to highlight the projects of trans* individuals fundraising for their transition while sharing some awesome trans*-friendly products and resources. Submissions are always welcome! Please reblog and spread the word?

TOP SURGERY/BINDER RAFFLE! (could you circulate this please?)

Hey guys!

I am trying to save up for my top surgery, hoping to get it done in Toronto in May! Ive started a chip in account, hoping anyone could spare a few dollars for my cause!

I will also be raffling off 3 binder- 2 small, 1 medium- all Underworks tri-top style binders. Also raffling off two brand new Mr.Limpy packers 3.5inch still in packaging. For anyone who donates I will enter you in a draw to win either a packer or binder (your choice). This way hopefully I can help some of you who dont have access to binders/packers and also you can help me out donating a few dollars. Every dollar counts

I appreciate any help! Thanks guys!

Update on the life of Me

Hey everyone, long time no posting.  I hope all is well!  My last update was about my break up with my FTM boyfriend and I talked a lot about how selfish he was and how hurt I was.  Now that the dust has settled, I have had a moment to reflect.

Mason didn’t love himself.  Not at all.  And he took a whole lot out on me, and he wasn’t there for me when I needed him.  We couldnt be together anymore because of this.  I would have toughed it out, but he broke up with me, and honestly, I am glad he did.  I would have stayed for him, but in the end, I would have just been more hurt.  it really is better this way.

So we haven’t talked… had any form of communication at all in a few weeks, and it’s been weird.  This is the longest we have gone since we met without talking, and I have to fight the urge all the time not to text him or send him a facebook message asking if he is okay and telling him that I still care about him, and there is even still a part of me that will always love him.  I am so sad to have lost him… but I know it’s what needed to happen.  He needs to focus on himself, and the relationship was toxic for both of us.

I am dating a new girl now which is coming with its own set of complications.  She is a very jealous girl, and even though I told her that Mason and I are completely done forever, even the smallest mention of his name can get her all riled up that I am going to leave her for him.  I don’t want to go back to Mason, for obvious reasons, but I wish more than anything that he could know how much I still care about him and how much I want him to be happy.  I wish I could tell him how strong he is.  I wish I could help him get through this.  But I can’t.

So Mason, if there is any chance that you still bother checking this blog, I want you to know that a piece of my heart will always belong to you.  You are strong and handsome, and you will get through this, and you will find love and happiness.  It will happen.  You deserve it.

All the best to all the beautiful partners of the trans* people out there.

Hugs and love,

Kate

1407) I’m scared that being MPreg will make my parents think that I really am a girl after all. I feel so handsome… and my husband thinks so too. I wish my parents just wanted me to be happy. I’m tired of crying.

|Spirit Day | October 20, 2011 |
Last year, on October 20, 2010, more than 2 million people around the world wore purple, including celebrities like Ellen Degeneres, Cyndi Lauper, Perez Hilton and the cast of Glee (for more supporters click here). Spirit Day participants banded together to remember teens (such as Tyler Clementi, Asher Brown, Seth Walsh, Justin Aaberg, Raymond Chase and Billy Lucas) who commit suicide after being bullied because of their sexual orientation. We made a huge impact last year, and we’re making progress, but unfortunately it’s not good enough.
Last Sunday, Jamey Rodemeyer, from Buffalo, N.Y., commit suicide. He was only 14. The sad truth is that these sorts of things happen every day. Teens are bullied in their homes, schools and workplaces based on their sexuality and they end up cutting their lives short.
So this year, we’re going to do it again. Wear purple on Thursday, October 20th, 2011. Stand up to homophobic bullying. Support your LGBTQ friends, family members and co-workers. And mourn the lives lost in our battle for equality.

What are some of your favourite LGBTQIAA+ tumblogs?

1406) I’m FTM and so is the man I love, but I fear that people will think we’re a lesbian couple that fell into the “trans trend”.
